We need to learn physical details about you and what demographic and hair styles you cut to match you to a pair that will perfectly fit you.

Within reason, of course. You'll know within the first one or two haircuts if the scissors you bought are not the perfect pair for you.

Contact immediately and we'll help you exchange them.

IF you've gone on to use the scissors to cut a football team's worth of hair, we assume that they were in fact, your perfect pair and you do not need to exchange them.

You'll need to cover the cost of returning your first pair to us. Once we've received that pair, validated they are in resalable condition and matched you with your prefect pair, we'll cover the return postage ✌🏽

Once. Part of the perfect pair guarantee is that we take the time to match you with the right pair once only.

We assume you don't want the perfect pair of scissors if you cannot take the time to let us know more about you.

We'll happily refund you IF you have a genuine reason.

Return scissors must be in an immaculate resalable condition, in their original packaging and 'unused' if you are looking for a refund.
IF your scissors are used, you may still be eligible for an exchange through our 'prefect pair' guarantee.
